This policy explains what personal data Naringhi collects through naringhi.dev, why we collect it and the choices you have. It covers this website only — data we process for clients during an engagement is governed by a separate data processing agreement.

naringhi.dev is operated by Naringhi (“we”, “us”), based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies

naringhi.dev does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website and the contact form. Because we use no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie banner.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, under agreements that limit how they may use it:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), spam protection, analytics and network security
Resend — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox
Our email provider
Google LLC — web fonts

We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside Azerbaijan and the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and, for people in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR — you may have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
ask us to delete it;
restrict or object to how we process it;
receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. How we protect data

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is limited to the people who need it, and we keep only what we need for the purposes above. See our Security page for more detail.

8. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
